Q: When will my order ship?

A: After verifying your payment, it takes up to 7 days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order is ready to ship out, or a pickup notification when it is ready to be picked up at our shop.

Q: Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?

A: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. AYES cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Q: I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

A: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at customer@ayeshk.com immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Q: I would like to exchange for sizes. How can I do that?

A: AYES only offers exchange for fixed designs. All custom orders are non exchangeable. For fixed designs, if you need to exchange for different sizes after receiving the parcel, please make sure the item is unworn and keep all tags, packaging and any other materials in the parcel. You may contact us at customer@ayeshk.com to arrange an exchange. You may either bring it to our shop personally, or arrange it by courier. Please note that shipping fee from both ways will have to be paid by your side.

Q: I would like to refund the product. 

A: AYES only offers refund for fixed designs. All custom orders are non refundable. For fixed designs, if you need to refund, please contact us at customer@ayeshk.com within 3 working days upon receive of parcel. please make sure the item is unworn and keep all tags, packaging and any other materials in the parcel. You may contact us at customer@ayeshk.com to arrange an exchange. You may either bring it to our shop personally, or arrange it by courier. Please note that shipping fee will have to be paid by your side.
