Return and Exchange Policy


After an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Thank you for your understanding.

If you encounter issues with your received items, please submit an exchange request within 14 days from the date of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

Exchange Terms and Conditions

  • Items under specific promotional offers (e.g., "30% off selected items" / "50% off when purchasing 2 specified items", etc) are not eligible for exchange.

  • Each order is limited to one exchange.

  • If exchanging for a different style, price differences (if any) will not be refunded.

  • Bring your original receipt (digital copies accepted).

  • After confirming your exchange request, we will reserve the replacement item. You must complete the exchange within 14 days of receiving the original order. Late requests will not be accepted.

  • For pre-order exchanges: Once the replacement item arrives at the store, you will receive an email notification. You must complete the exchange within 14 days of the notification. Late requests will not be accepted.

  • If unable to exchange within 14 days, notify customer service in advance.


Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted Under These Conditions

  • Removed garment tags.

  • Used items.

  • Items damaged or altered by the customer. (e.g.,Tumble dry etc) 

  • Items with odors or perfume scents.


Exchange via Courier (SF Express)
If opting for courier exchange, you will cover round-trip SF Express shipping fees and must return the item within 14 days of receipt. We apologize for any inconvenience.
